Leagues Clubs Australia renews partnership to support LCA NRL Wheelchair Championship
Leagues Clubs Australia (LCA) has proudly renewed its partnership with the LCA NRL Wheelchair Championship for the next two years, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to inclusion, accessibility and the growth of Wheelchair Rugby League across Australia.
The renewed partnership will see Leagues Clubs Australia continue as the naming rights partner of the LCA NRL Wheelchair Championship through to 2027, supporting one of the sport’s premier national competitions and helping create greater opportunities for athletes, clubs and communities nationwide.
The LCA NRL Wheelchair Championship bring together the country’s best Wheelchair Rugby League players, showcasing a highly skilled competitors, resilience, and the inclusive spirit of Rugby League.

Leagues Clubs Australia CEO, Don Hammond said the organisation was proud to continue supporting a competition that delivers meaningful impact both on and off the court.
“The LCA NRL Wheelchair Championship represent everything that is great about Rugby League — community, opportunity, inclusion and passion,” said Don .
“We are proud to continue our partnership and support the ongoing growth of Wheelchair Rugby League across Australia.”
NRL Wheelchair CEO, Anna Fitzgerald welcomed the renewed commitment, acknowledging the important role Leagues Clubs Australia has played in helping elevate the sport nationally.

“This partnership allows us to continue creating opportunities for more people to experience Wheelchair Rugby League, increasing participation and delivering high-quality national event that bring our community together.”
The renewed agreement continues a strong relationship between Leagues Clubs Australia and Wheelchair Rugby League Australia, with both organisations united in their vision to grow participation, increase visibility, and create more inclusive opportunities within the game.
Tickets for this year’s LCA NRL Wheelchair Championships will be FREE for spectators, providing an opportunity for all to experience the skill, excitement and inclusiveness of Wheelchair Rugby League firsthand.
