Michelle Nolland joins the NRL Wheelchair Rugby League Board with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across the recreation, aquatics, and facility management sectors.

She held c-suite roles, managing some of Australia’s most iconic aquatic and indoor leisure centres and forging strong partnerships with local governments and key stakeholders nationwide.

At an executive level, Michelle has overseen a large portfolio of facility assets with a combined value exceeding $500 million. She is also the Executive Director and co-founder of a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping communities develop sustainable sport and recreation infrastructure that is inclusive, accessible, and community-focused.

Michelle’s appointment strengthens WRLA’s capability to plan for future growth, build sustainable infrastructure pathways, and deliver inclusive participation outcomes across all levels of the game.
