Wheels in Motion

Wheelchair Rugby League Australia is taking action to expand the sport across Australia through events. It is also boosting organisational resilience with training opportunities for players and volunteers.

Regular competitions are currently held in New South Wales, Northern and Central Queensland and Canberra. Wheelchair Rugby League embraces diversity and people with and without disability can play on the same team.

The Wheels in Motion project encompasses profile raising activities including Come N Try days in Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.

As part of the Wheels in Motion Project, volunteers and players can undertake training across the areas of health and safety, administration, coaching and more.
