 Tier Two  - Wrap-up

This week saw the Canberra Raiders battle the Penrith Panthers, both teams found it hard to get put points in the board as the defensive effort of both teams was the standout in this game. The Raiders young players went toe to toe with the more experienced Panthers outfit. After the 50 minutes Penrith were able to edge ahead of the Raiders on the backing of the kicking effort from Panther's Captain Michael Grech.

Tier One - Wrap-up

The St George Illawarra Dragons took on the Parramatta Eels in what was the main event of this round.  Both teams were keen to add the win to their 2019 campain with the Dragon's pushing for their first win of the season they knew they needed to dominate the 80 minutes. Both teams took time to settle into this game with each making simple mistakes early, but it was the Dragons that seem to overwhelm the Eels defense.  The Dragon's Cory Cannane rolled in for 10 tries.
