Martin has been the Chairman of Wheelchair Rugby League for 5 years and a board member since 2016.
He has over 40 years’ experience in Rugby League having been involved in various roles including Participation Manager at the NRL , Development Manager at the New South Wales Rugby League  and Inaugural Development Officer at Many Warringah Rugby League Football Club.
He has a Diploma in Teaching (Physical Education) and is currently High-Performance Coach Coaching (NRL) and recently completed the NRL Wellbeing Course
He is also a current Board member for Physical Disability Rugby League Australia.
He also previously served as a Director on the Sport NSW Board
Other activities
- recently developed an all abilities strategy for the NRL
- is a current member of the International Rugby League Wheelchair Advisory Committee
Martin brings great  passion for the game and dedication to making Rugby League a fully inclusive sport across the whole community.
His extensive rugby league experience and network add significant value to the success of Wheelchair Rugby League Australia.
